At our Pickering location we are looking for a Product Coordinator who is eager and excited to join our dynamic Lenbrook Canada Solutions (LCS) team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and energetic self-starter with a resourceful mindset.  The objective of this role is to garner a wealth of knowledge and become our Product Champion.  They should be a top performer with a team player mentality, interested in a position with significant growth potential. This entry level role will report to the Marketing Team Lead.

A day in the life….

  • Conduct market research to determine key features and target retailers for existing and new product lines.
  • Review product specifications and make recommendations based on market research.
  • Compose competitive charts showing key differences between models.
  • Act as a liaison between Lenbrook and our vendor partners to supply marketing data (specifications, images, etc.) to our retail / reseller partners as required.  Maintain Master NPI file.
  • Work with Marketing Team Lead to develop product strategies based on conducted research.
  • Perform regular maintenance of Lenbrook’s Marketing Solutions Package
  • Work with Jr. Graphic Designer to provide product support materials to ensure sales team can effectively communicate product offerings.
  • Assist in the introduction of new products.
  • Work with Marketing Team Lead to update and maintain Price Lists
  • Determine product pricing and maintain required margins for each product group, review production cycles, and anticipated volumes.
  • Prepare short- and long-term product forecasts (including special reports and analyses)
  • Evaluate inventory turnover and product availability.
  • Attend Trade Shows as required.
  • Create and present customized product training presentations/webinars.
  • Support and train other team members as required.
  • Research and implement software solutions that complement LSC products.
  • Some travel required.
  • Administrative/reporting etc.
  • Other related duties as required.

What you bring to the team….

  • 1-2 years experience in product coordination or equivalent
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing or product management or relevant work experience
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional Organizational, Planning, Time Management, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Bilingual – French & English is an asset. 
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
