At our Pickering location, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer that is an enthusiastic, energetic self-starter with a resourceful mindset.  They should be a top performer with a team player mentality and interested in a position with significant growth potential. This entry level role will report to the Marketing Team Lead.

A day in the life….

  • Create/maintain content for the LCS Website on an ongoing basis.
  • Support and drive digital marketing initiatives – i.e. Social Media, Digital Ads and SEO optimization.
  • Create content for promotions, shows, resellers, etc. as required.
  • Report analytics and monitor results of our digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and source content for digital platforms – i.e. customer testimonials, Industry articles.
  • Create/deploy e-blasts.
  • Understand and support our trade agreements with various reseller groups as they relate to Marketing.
  • Maintain all LCS eCommerce platform websites and support the Lenbrook eCommerce team.
  • Attend Trade Shows as required and assist with setup of virtual shows.
  • Research and implement digital marketing opportunities that complement LCS products.
  • Administrative/reporting etc.
  • Some travel required.
  • Other duties as required.

What you bring to the team….

  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing/advertising or relevant work experience.
  • Working experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign required.
  • Experience using Shopify an asset.
  • Website design/management experience an asset.
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of all Social Media Platforms – i.e. LinkedIn and Twitter required.
  • Experience in digital marketing or equivalent an asset.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience using MailChimp an asset.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding an asset.
  • Exceptional Organizational, Planning, Time Management, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Bilingual – French & English is an asset. 
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
